Working as part of a diverse team with project managers, architects and traffic consultants, Urbis employed its Planning and Landscape Architecture expertise to secure approval for the West Coast Eagles Football Club’s new training and administration facility in Lathlain Park, WA.
Our team managed this complex and contentious project to assist our client in managing the community engagement and statutory processes.
The Lathlain Precinct Redevelopment is part of the Town of Victoria Park’s strategic community plan, in partnership with the West Coast Eagles and the Perth Football Club, which aims to set new standards in the delivery of an active community sports complex and substantial community benefits to the people of Lathlain, and the broader community.
The project has reached a key milestone, with the delivery of a state-of-the-art facility that will contribute to the broader regeneration of Lathlain.
“This project is the centre piece of the broader Lathlain Park regeneration, which will provide great facilities, improved amenity and greater community access.
