Urbis has valued 54 industrial properties in support of the listing of the Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust on the Singapore Stock Exchange of which 51 properties comprise the initial portfolio.

The portfolio primarily comprises properties in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with a few holdings in Adelaide and only one Perth asset. The IPO was listed in June 2016 and notes an aggregate portfolio value of over A$1.5 million with a WALE of 6.9 years and an occupancy rate at 98.3%.
Completion of the engagement required a disciplined team approach to ensure all critical dates to the IPO were met.
