Urbis has been involved with obtaining endorsement for the iconic landmark development, delivering a Build-to-Rent tower that offers long-term, premium rentals in a prime inner-city location.
The 37-storey building includes 443 residential apartments with a wide range of amenities, offering recreational opportunities for residents as well as communal spaces. Located adjacent to major public transport links, the development will also provide a dedicated on-site service team for residents. A non-residential use is located at the ground floor, which offers leasing opportunities for commercial tenants. The building will be fully electric and target a 5 Star Green Star sustainability rating.
