Emerald City will play a key role in the transformation of Green Square into a vibrant, sustainable and connected community.
The project by Gazcorp will facilitate the redevelopment of a mixed-use scheme comprising retail, commercial and residential in a build to rent offering, located on a prominent site in the heart of Green Square.
Urbis acted as the competition managers and planning advisors of a design alternatives competition, which saw SJB awarded as the winning architect. Urbis has since been assisting Gazcorp with planning advice and preparation of the subsequent detailed DA.
