This site provided a unique opportunity for a gateway building, designed by Fender Katsalidis.
Our team used our excellent relationship with officers at Whitehorse Council to achieve additional floor area for the client, negotiating a contribution to affordable housing in the municipality. We gained planning approval for the 30-storey tower, avoiding a VCAT hearing, and are continuing to assist with planning matters for the project.
