Curl Curl North Public School is receiving new classrooms and upgraded facilities as part of the NSW Government’s investment in supporting communities.
The redeveloped school will accommodate up to 1,000 students with high quality classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, open play spaces and sports courts.
Urbis worked with the project team and prepared detailed planning advise, a request for SEARs and an Environmental Impact Statement. We negotiated with Council and State Government on the final approval, which was granted in November 2018.
This redevelopment will ensure enrolment pressure is taken off surrounding schools and future students are provided with the necessary infrastructure to maximise their learning potential.
