St Hilliers purchased Central Coast Quarter from Government Property NSW in early 2017 and have since been implementing an ambitious master plan, that aligns with their aspirations for a high-quality and iconic response to this waterfront site.
The project involves three towers set over a commercial podium that includes an open-air, publicly accessible through site link which connects Mann Street to the recently refurbished Leagues Club Field.
Our planning team assisted St Hilliers engage with the local community, navigate the complex approval pathway, and manage the iterative design review process set up by the State Government.
“This development will unlock the full potential of this strategically significant landholding and deliver significant public benefits to the region.
In late 2020, the Independent Planning Commission approved the master plan application.
We have since assisted St Hilliers obtain development consent for the first stage of physical works (Northern Tower), and undertake an architectural design competition for the balance of the site.
Urbis is proud to be assisting St Hilliers with the next phases of the project, which will deliver significant public benefit to Gosford CBD and the Central Coast region.
