We work with Primary Health Networks to design mental health programs that provide:

  • a positive experience for consumers,
  • deliver beneficial clinical/social outcomes and
  • create system efficiencies.

We integrate the available evidence and stakeholder consultation with a whole-systems perspective to create implementable and evaluable programs (with a dash of innovation).

Our approach to building service specifications is pragmatic. We understand the needs a service must address, and the capability available in the market.

Most recently, we’ve delivered designs for psychological treatment services, and for clinical care coordination for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Our specifications are inclusive of key service design principles, funding models, required outputs and deliverables, monitoring and performance frameworks, tender evaluation processes, and the procurement documentation required to implement the commissioning process.

Understanding the conditions under which programs will succeed is critical to creating effective service specifications
