We assisted School Infrastructure NSW gain State Significant Development consent for the redevelopment of Alexandria Park Community School, which consolidates two existing campuses into a comprehensive K-12 vertical school for 2,200 students.
The APCS redevelopment will ensure more students have access to new school facilities in a unique vertical typology. The project includes multiple buildings accommodating classrooms, offices, a library, canteen and childcare centre – together with outdoor sports courts, a sports hall and an all-weather synthetic sports field.
