360 Queen Street has delivered an iconic 34 storey office tower in Brisbane’s ‘Golden Triangle’ office precinct.
This project has revitalised a part of the city that was tired and in need of rejuvenation. The new project has also unlocked several historic laneways to create a new vibrant and active precinct in the heart of the city.
Urbis assisted Charter Hall and Blight Rayner Architects obtain planning approval for the world-class design. This involved an innovative planning strategy to ensure that tower floor plates could be maximised to meet the needs of tenants within the building. Urbis worked closely with Brisbane City Council and the project team to allow the approval to be issued quickly.
This project represents a great outcome for the city of Brisbane.
“This project will transform and revitalise a tired part of Queen Street and unlock several historic laneways to create an iconic new precinct for Brisbane.
