Tim’s experience over the last 20+ years has encompassed the provision of valuation and consultancy advice across a range of property types, with a particular focus over the past 14 years on major CBD office assets. His CBD office valuation experience has encompassed the provision of valuation, advisory, acquisition, disposal and commercial development advice. Tim has been involved in providing valuation advice for some of the largest office assets in Australia. Clients include a range of AREITS, Unlisted funds, offshore investors, property trusts, developers, banks, and private investors.
