An industry veteran with over three decades of experience with Industrial/Logistics and Commercial sectors, Roger joins Urbis to head the Transaction Advisory team.
His broad experience has led him to develop expertise in a range of disciplines including investment sales, property development, financial analysis and pre-leasing. Having provided his expertise to a multitude of high-profile clients over the years, including Institutional and Corporate clients, he’s a singularly capable advisor.
In addition to his advisory work, Roger has spent a significant amount of time on the client side. As a result he is able to understand his clients’ needs quickly and identify solutions with the focus on maximising long term returns.
Prior to joining Urbis Roger spent 15 years in senior positions with Colliers and JLL. Additionally he previously spent 12 years with the Property Council of Australia, including multiple years as the chairperson of the NSW Industrial Committee. He is well known and a well-respected figure in the industry and we’re excited to have Roger part of the Urbis team.
