Robert is a market-leading valuer with two decades’ experience across a broad spectrum of residential, commercial, and specialised properties.

A Director at Urbis, Robert acts for a wide range of clients including financial institutions, developers, accountants and solicitors. He is primarily focused on residential infill and englobo land developments and has significant experience valuing freehold, leasehold and going concern specialised asset interests.

In particular, Robert has a strong background valuing hospitality assets and is one of only a handful of valuers in Victoria with in-depth expertise valuing gaming venues.

Robert has worked in Melbourne, regional Victoria as well as Queensland having previously owned and developed valuation practices in these locations.

Well-respected among his peers, Robert is a panel valuer for a number of first-tier lending institutions. He has also appeared as an expert witness in various State and Federal courts.

My aim is to provide expert comprehensive property valuation advice with a focus on hospitality, specialised englobo and infill development asset classes.
