Nick Price is an Associate Director in the Queensland E&P Team. His experience, which spans over ten years, has given him a strong insight into the Queensland and Australian property sector, including from consulting, project management and funds management perspectives.

He has worked on a range of projects including community and civic assets, greenfield subdivisions, high density residential projects, BTR developments, retail, industrial, retirement, health, and education. Nick’s strengths lie in his economic modelling capability, innovative thinking, and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
