Natalie is an Associate Director based in the Melbourne Investment & Property Management team at Urbis. The portfolio of assets in the team includes some single and multi-tenanted commercial, industrial and retail assets, spread across various locations in Melbourne.
Natalie’s previous experience includes working in Commercial and Industrial Property Management. She was a Director level Portfolio Manager at JLL and managed the Commercial Property Management team. This portfolio included multi-tenanted CBD assets across various local and international clients including Credit Suisse, Aberdeen Standard Investments, UBS Grocon and IOOF.
In her previous role Natalie was responsible for the management of a team of Property and Facilities Managers to whom she provided senior support across the day-to-day operations and client engagement.
Prior to her career in Property Management, Natalie worked as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Valuer General Victoria and JLL, specialising in Commercial Rental Valuations.
Natalie’s competencies cover the principles of valuation, financial modelling, complex understanding of leases, sales and rental analysis and market forces. Natalie has a focused and enthusiastic approach to property management, in which her valuation skills affords her a detailed understanding of how the day to day management of an asset can influence value
