Megan is a highly experienced planner and project manager with special expertise in managing precinct planning and infill projects, complex development applications and large multi-disciplinary teams. Her clients benefit from her unwavering attention to detail and strong communication, management and coordination skills.
Megan is able to manage multiple complex issues at once – from statutory planning to leading research projects and engaging with communities. She is also the renewables sector lead for WA, managing multiple large onshore renewables projects across the state.
Key achievements in Megan’s career to date include managing DevelopmentWA’s Montario Quarter development in Shenton Park and facilitating development approvals for numerous complex mixed-use developments. She is currently leading the ECU Mount Lawley Redevelopment Project for DevelopmentWA – one of Perth’s most iconic redevelopment/infill projects.
