Matthew is a Certified Practicing Valuer with +9 years’ experience across various asset classes in both the public and private sectors. He specialises in statutory rating and taxation assessments.
Forming part of a national practice, Urbis’ Rating and Taxation team consults for institutions across multiple asset portfolios. Specialist advice includes budgeting and forecasts specific to statutory outgoings, valuation reviews, negotiations, transaction due diligence, and objection management.
Prior to joining Urbis in 2021, Matthew worked within the public sector undertaking mass valuations, land acquisition and compensation assessments, development contribution plan valuations, and statutory valuations whilst being responsible for client relationships and the management of projects.
