Grant Williams

Grant is a qualified Urban Planner with an array of experience in town planning and urban design projects throughout Queensland. His particular areas of expertise include the preparation; co-ordination and facilitation of development applications for various forms of urban development; knowledge of planning legislation at all levels of Government; analysis and critique of planning controls; detailed site analysis and advice of appropriate options for a range of development applications; and management of small scale projects and engagement of consultants involved in development application processes. Grand has completed a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland, graduating with first-class Honors.
