Erin has diverse experience in urban planning and environmental assessment across NSW and Victoria.

Erin’s skill set lies in statutory planning and the management of complex projects, due diligence and strategic advice, and preparation of environmental impact statements. She also has a passion for the forensic interrogation of planning legislation and controls. Erin works closely with her clients and project teams to streamline the approvals process and negotiates with local and state governments to deliver successful projects.

Before joining Urbis in 2016, Erin specialised in the management of state significant projects, including multiple wind farms and environmental assessment projects for the Department of Defence.

Recent career highlights include her involvement in the approvals process for the Lindfield Learning Village State Significant Development, DOOLEYS Catholic Club Lidcombe redevelopment and mixed-use development at 890 Bourke Street, Zetland.
