Erin is a development professional with over 10 years of experience spanning urban planning, development management and project roles. She has a strong skill set in project management and led complex land development projects in the industrial, residential, commercial and government industry sectors.

Erin has experience providing complex due diligence and planning pathway advice. She has coordinated planning proposals, development applications and Part 5 assessments across a range of sectors on behalf of her clients, adding value through this process by fostering positive working relationships with key stakeholders.

She enjoys working with clients and consultant teams to navigate complex planning issues. Her passion for creating great places is reflected in her approach to negotiating quality outcomes which balance community, environmental and commercial objectives.

  • Moore Point, Liverpool: Rezoning of 34 HA industrial site to enable 11,000 dwellings and 20,000 new jobs.
  • 361-365 North Rocks Rd, North Rocks: Rezoning of former RIDBC site to enable 600 new dwellings, open space and community facilities.
  • Cadman Crescent, Castle Hill: Planning services and project management of mixed-use development comprising 242 apartments across 5 towers.
  • No. 5 George, Blacktown: Mixed use development comprising shopping centre and 408 apartments across 2 towers.
  • Connect @ Smithfield: Industrial development comprising 37,000m2 GFA across 3 warehouses.
  • Schools Infrastructure NSW: Planning pathway advice and planning services in relation to several NSW public schools.
  • Penrith Former Council Chambers: Due diligence, business case development and architectural deign competition, led in Development Manager capacity.
