David is a highly experienced property professional who has worked across Australia in various sectors and asset classes, specialising in advising clients on how to better utilise asset classes for maximum return.

Throughout his career, he has risen through the ranks of various property companies and was appointed as the inaugural General Manager (New Business) at Development Victoria. This role required reporting to two ministers, including Planning Minister, and understanding how to successfully negotiate state government processes.

His diverse experiences have enabled David to develop a deep understanding of high-profile projects, including within a policy context while managing risk and public perceptions. He is able to deliver these high-profile projects thanks to his ability to manage and lead projects through public governance and complex planning and stakeholder issues.

David works collaboratively and closely with his clients in order to determine their ideal outcomes. Focusing on the client’s need, obtained through his integrated approach with his clients, David can provide a bespoke service.

Some of his career highlights include working on complex projects such as Ballarat GovHub, Fitzroy Gasworks, La Trobe University’s Bundoora campus reimagination.
