David is a recognised industry leader in the Valuations sector. He has over 30 years experience, and leads our National Valuation practice.
With 20 years working in managing director roles, David has broad experience in all aspects of valuation team and business management, with this experience also encompassing the oversight of a range of sectors across the market.
His long term specialisation is within the commercial office sector, with a strong focus on major commercial development. Being known as a leading operator in this area, David’s clients include a range of A-REITS, property funds, syndicates, developers and private investors. He has been involved with the provision of advice and valuations for some of the largest assets, acquisitions and developments in Australia.
David is actively involved with the Australian Property Institute (API), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has sat on various committees, executives, and boards.
