Daniel O’Keeffe is a specialist in project management and development facilitation.
Daniel’s detailed knowledge of the Victorian planning system has helped him facilitate projects across Melbourne’s CBD and urban surrounds. He seamlessly manages changes to land use and developments, guiding his clients through often complex planning processes.
Since joining Urbis in 2002, Daniel has managed a wide variety of projects ranging from rollouts for banks, restaurants and supermarkets to multi-tower developments. His expertise in project management is complemented by his astute, commercially focused advice on statutory planning controls, strategic plans, due diligence, development facilitation strategies, project feasibility and master planning.
Daniel’s recent experience includes facilitating residential, commercial and industrial projects; master planning for private schools; and preparing rezoning and planning scheme amendments. He holds a Degree in Planning from RMIT University.
