Cherish’s expertise is strengthened by her experience working in both the private and public sector. Her combined experience allows a holistic understanding of the Victorian planning system and uniquely places her to deliver outcomes with proactive consideration of all stakeholders throughout the planning process.
In her current role, Cherish provides clients with comprehensive due diligence advice, strategic planning services during the precinct structure planning process through to managing the preparation and lodgement of planning permit applications and assistance with post-permit condition endorsements to facilitate subdivision and construction.
Cherish works on large-scale new communities and industrial projects for clients including Development Victoria, Jinding, Dahua, Charter Hall and Frasers Property.
She is known for her strong work ethic, project management skills, approachable nature and values fostering good relationships to enable collaborative and positive outcomes.
