Brian Dudakov is one of Victoria’s most experienced and highly regarded valuers. A leading valuer for private, corporate and government bodies, Brian draws on more than 40 years’ experience to provide his clients with astute valuation and investment advice. Working across retail, residential, industrial and commercial projects, Brian is an expert in rating and taxation valuations, rental determinations, compulsory acquisition valuations and general litigation involving real property.

Brian is a former sessional member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Divisional Councillor of the Australia Property Institute and regularly appears as an expert witness in tribunals and courts in Victoria. He has also been a guest lecturer at RMIT University, where he specialised in broadacre land valuation. Brian’s career highlights include providing valuation advice to claimants in the Kilmore East–Kinglake bushfire class action, working on compulsory acquisitions for significant State projects such as Regional Rail Link and the Melbourne Metro Project.

I thoroughly enjoy my role in the valuation profession, having now had over 40 years of experience in valuing most asset classes and providing expert evidence in court.
