Allen is an Associate Director and Certified Practicing Valuer within the Economics and Property team at Urbis.
He has over six years’ experience and specialises in providing strategic statutory valuation advice (land tax, council rates and other state based levies) for both institutional owners and high net worth investors.
Having expertise which lies within assets ranging from shopping centres to commercial office buildings, industrial developments, and mixed-use sites across all eastern seaboard states. Allen also specialises in the valuation of shopping centres and commercial office assets for financial reporting, mortgage security, acquisition/due diligence and rental review consultancy throughout New South Wales and the ACT.
