Aliza is a passionate urban planner dedicated to facilitating a liveable and sustainable urban environment.
Aliza has over eight years’ experience working as a planner in both the public and private sector. Her experience is wide-ranging, but focuses on residential, mixed use and commercial development within the inner Melbourne area.
She also has extensive experience in Tribunal matters and is particularly accomplished in negotiations. Aliza’s advocacy experience is bolstered through undergraduate studies and qualification of a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Through her local government background, Aliza understands the key issues in the industry and can provide detailed planning advice to achieve positive outcomes for all clients.
Aliza works closely with her clients, project teams and approval bodies to facilitate the development approval process.
