From team members who have grown with us, starting as students to Megan Gammon and Billy Rebakis who have been promoted to Directors whilst currently on parental leave arrangements; we’re committed to creating a workplace that supports and celebrates everyone.
Our promotion cohort includes 47 of our brightest minds across Australia and Cistri (our international business in Singapore). As an employer of choice for gender equality (EOCGE), recognised through the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), we are also delighted to share that over 50% of those promoted are female, including 3 Directors, 9 Associate Directors and 3 Managers.
