Cistri, Urbis Australia’s international business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rahul Mittal as Director of Planning and Design.

Rahul is a recognised leader in his field, renowned for working on major urban redevelopment projects around the region. He brings to Cistri more than 15 years of valuable consulting experience in master planning, urban design and landscape architecture across Asia and the US.

Cistri is now able to offer clients an integrated master planning, landscape architecture and property economics team based in Singapore, serving clients throughout Asia, the Middle East and beyond.

Rahul has played a key role in many significant projects for clients in South East Asia and India. Among others he has been instrumental to the River of Life in Kuala Lumpur, Nusajaya Tech Park, Changi Airport Expansion, Johor Bahru CBD and Waterfront Redevelopment and Discovery City in Hyderabad.

He joins the firm from AECOM Singapore, where he was Director of Master Planning and Business Development for South East Asia.

In addition to his consulting work Rahul speaks regularly at real estate related conferences in the region and is a visiting faculty member at the Department of Real Estate, National University of Singapore.
