Urbis has been working with Carey Baptist Grammar School for several years on various transformative projects, including Development Plans, the Centre for Learning and Innovation, and other smaller projects, which have included detailed negotiation with Council.
We have most recently worked with them to obtain approval for the redevelopment of their Middle School building, a key milestone in their Development Plan.
