We were delighted to apply our strategic planning expertise to assist Greenspot in the rezoning of approximately 620ha of land in regional NSW.
The project seeks to repurpose the former site of one of Australia’s largest coal-fired power stations as a transition opportunity and establish six distinct precincts with their own unique identity and character. Each precinct will reflect existing infrastructure and the natural qualities of the environment they sit within.
