Positioned over the new Victoria Cross Metro Station in North Sydney CBD, this 42 storey commercial office tower will become not only the tallest building in the centre but a defining feature that will mark the new ‘ CBD heart’.
This was a complex project from a planning approval perspective, marrying up state infrastructure approvals for the rail infrastructure with separate over station project approval, whilst addressing local built form and amenity constraints. A key defining and enduring outcome of the project will be its contribution to creating active and engaging public spaces that will encourage people to socialise and connect.
The project will be the key catalyst towards meeting the vision for the CBD to become a more pedestrian friendly place through its public spaces and seamless connections within and across the site.
