Urbis completed a valuation of Federation Square Land for Financial Reporting Purposes.
Positioned at the southern entrance to the Melbourne CBD, Federation Square is a 5HA open public space, home to major cultural attractions, world-class events and tourist experiences.
Urbis was instructed, via the Valuer-General Victoria, to assess the fair value of the land, for the period ending 30 June 2016. This was a complex exercise – it was necessary to consider the planning, heritage, civic, cultural and strata title limitations on the land.
