Urbis is working with Caydon on a complex staged application process for the project, including combined rezoning and multiple planning permit applications that are required due to the scale of the site and proposed development. We assisted the client manage the multiple application processes, working with Caydon’s project team to facilitate the best outcome. The project has also involved engagement with a number of stakeholders including the City of Yarra, Heritage Victoria, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the local community.
