Windana are a not-for-profit organisation that provide services and assistance to those impacted by alcohol, drugs and family violence.

We were engaged to undertake a strategic review of Windana’s property portfolio, which included highest and best use analysis, estimates of market value and rental value, risk assessment, repositioning recommendations and improved occupancy options.

After completing the in-depth analysis on each property within the portfolio, we presented Windana with a comprehensive roadmap which outlined the short-term, medium-term and long-term priorities required to strengthen and align their property portfolio to the strategic direction of the organisation. The action plan included recommendations for consolidation, divestment, refurbishment and lease extinguishments.
