Urbis has been working with Scotch College for over 20 years on various projects, including Development Plans, the Sir Zelman Cowan Centre for Science, the Design and Technology Cube, the Dean of Boarding’s Residence, as well as numerous other smaller projects, which have included detailed negotiations on matters such as the recent Heritage Overlay, integration with City Link and Melbourne Water assets, and more. We are currently working with them on the new Keon Cohen Refectory and the new Development Plan.
