Rinoldi Pasta, one of Australia’s oldest food manufacturers, turned to Urbis’ valuations and transactions experts when it needed help securing the purchase of a strategic land parcel alongside its existing operation.
We worked with Rinoldi to provide preliminary value advice, taking in to account the range of purchase scenarios and assumptions to establish the framework for market participation. We then engaged with the Vendor’s marketing agent during the sale campaign process, submitting offers to purchase on behalf of Rinoldi, managing subsequent negotiations.
The result was securing an exclusive due diligence period, which we went on to manage. Throughout the due diligence process, we kept the process smooth and simple for the client, co-ordinating land surveys, environmental, architectural and other consultants, as well as liaising with the purchaser’s solicitors.
