Urbis were appointed initially to review a single asset owned by this client. This progressed to a full portfolio review of 19 properties and subsequently the provision of investment management services for the entire portfolio.
Urbis implemented portfolio performance reporting for the assets which enabled a strategic review and repositioning of the portfolio.
We have subsequently bought 6 properties and sold 5 in order to improve overall return and risk profile for the portfolio, as well as align it with the client’s objectives.
