Urbis has secured approval for a range of student accommodation projects across the metropolitan area – but never one this big.
Working with Blue Sky, Urbis gained approval in the City of Perth for one of Perth’s largest student accommodation tower – 713 beds and zero car bays.
Urbis secured major plot ratio bonuses, partly through the design’s integration of a heritage building. A range of other built form concessions were also achieved.
The project was able to secure support via two design committee processes.
