Urbis has valued 54 industrial properties in support of the listing of the Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust on the Singapore Stock Exchange of which 51 properties comprise the initial portfolio.

Frasers appointed us to manage and execute the valuation process because of our industry-leading expertise in valuation and ability to maintain confidential information.

The portfolio primarily comprises properties in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with fewer holdings in Adelaide and Perth. The IPO was listed in June 2016 and notes an aggregate portfolio value of over A$1.5 billion with a WALE of 6.9 years and an occupancy rate at 98.3%.

Completion of the engagement required a disciplined team approach to ensure all critical dates for the IPO were met, working with both Frasers’ local and Singapore teams.
