Set to become the jewel in the crown of Parramatta, 5 and 7 Parramatta Square will deliver some of Council’s key civic functions and community facilities in the heart of the Parramatta CBD. The project includes the integration and adaptive reuse of the locally heritage listed Town Hall Building and will be the centrepiece in the $2 billion Parramatta Square redevelopment.

Urbis worked with the City of Parramatta Council and the Design Competition winning trio of architects – Manuelle Gautrand Architects, Design Inc and Lacoste + Stevenson – to deliver approval of the $90 million new Council chambers and community facility building.

Our team provided both urban planning and heritage planning services from inception to approval. We are proud to have been involved in this key city shaping project which marks a new era for the Parramatta CBD.
