On behalf of Yuhu Group, Urbis were appointed to provide planning advisory services for a voluntary design competition involving a mixed use development comprising retail, serviced apartments and residential accommodation.
The process involved facilitating workshops with each competing architectural firm, providing advice to the Client and providing a planning appraisal of the each concept.
At the conclusion of the competitive design process, Urbis provided town planning services to secure development consent for the project in early 2016. The approved development will introduce a retail plaza and pedestrian through site link at the ground level and will includes serviced and residential apartments in a 22-storey tower.
