Trent has extensive and enviable experience across a broad spectrum of planning and development sectors in Queensland, with a particular focus on major CBD and inner city commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

For 15 years, Trent has predominantly assisted private sector clients to obtain development approvals for a wide range of urban development. He also has degrees in law – having previously practiced as a solicitor – and urban and regional planning. He has a strong desire to work with the development industry to influence the shape and form of our cities and communities, which ultimately led him to town planning.

Clients trust him to provide timely, concise, accurate, practical and commercial advice, application strategies and due diligence advice. Trent now also acts as an expert witness in the Planning and Environment Court.

Trent’s career highlights include:

  • 80 Ann Street, Brisbane City – application strategy, stakeholder engagement, DA management and changes to approvals.
