Samantha’s experience over the last 7 years has comprised the provision of valuation and consultancy advice across residential development, build to rent, and ESG in both Sydney and London.

Her experience includes providing valuation advice for various purposes including loan security, investment advice including PRS and build to rent, acquisition/disposal, financial reporting and business-related mergers and transactions.

Samantha has worked with a variety of clients including banks, developers, private equity funds, investors and house builders. She has a comprehensive understanding of cash flow and feasibility analysis models including 10-year discounted cash flows and Estate Master.
