Possessing a diverse background in economics and urban planning, Meredith became a part of Urbis’ Economics and Property team in late 2015.

Since joining Urbis, Meredith has ascended to the position of Associate Director, proficient in evidence-based master planning and asset strategy. This expertise is demonstrated through her provision of economic analysis and market demand forecasting for a range of projects, from urban regeneration to major infrastructure projects.

Meredith has played a pivotal role in shaping cities and communities through her contributions in retail needs analysis, economic uplift studies and various land use demand assessments across significant projects, including the Gold Coast Airport Master Plan, Hamilton Island Master Plan and the Suburban Rail Loop Precincts Planning.
