Matthew is an Associate Director with more than 9 years’ experience in both Local Government and private consulting roles. He has developed a strong working knowledge of the Queensland planning framework, having experience in a diverse range of projects for both private and public sector clients.

Matthew has been responsible for the delivery of numerous developments ranging from small scale residential subdivisions to 1000+ lot master planned communities, and large residential, commercial and industrial developments. He has proven experience in meeting legislative timeframes and client expectations, project coordination, and management of multi-disciplinary teams.

Through Matthew’s time in Local Government, he has assessed multiple Applications involving complex trunk infrastructure related issues, including the facilitation and preparation of Infrastructure Agreements. Matthew has demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with Councillors and has a strong understanding of the political and public impact on development.
