Lyndal is a strategic communications and engagement specialist with 20 years of experience. She has worked in the urban design, heritage and conservation, care, higher education, corporate philanthropy, ESG and NGO sectors.

Her strengths are developing strategies and leading initiatives across stakeholder and community engagement, messaging and communications; reputation, issues and change management; advocacy, policy and social change programs.

Lyndal has experience working with executive leaders and leadership teams, complex and diverse groups, and multi-sector partners to ensure inclusive, accessible, and meaningful engagement.

Her varied experience includes leading complex communications and engagement programs comprising government, industry, and community stakeholder engagement, as well as communications and engagement to diversify audience engagement. Lyndal’s experience extends to stakeholder engagement, communications, and public affairs to consult, inform and drive change in social impact and ESG both in the United Kingdom and Australia. She has also worked on communications and public affairs strategies on social housing and regeneration projects in the United Kingdom.
