Jaiman is an experienced planner and urban designer having worked across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Pacific. His extensive background in consultancy, local authority, and client-side roles has provided him with a deep understanding of the unique pressures and politics within these organisations. This knowledge enables him to deliver results-focused and effective strategic, design, and policy advice for city shaping projects.

Jaiman’s strategic design background has enabled him to analyse data succinctly, think creatively through an ‘out of the box’ manner, and research efficiently and effectively in a critical yet broad manner. Additionally, Jaiman excels in building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders, utilising his expertise to overcome challenges effectively.

His experience encompasses spatial/strategic advisory relating to integrated transportation and land development projects, urban design, feasibility studies, regeneration, and international development.
