Francisca has more than 16 years of local experience in both architecture and urban design. She joined Urbis with previous professional experience in various residential and mixed use development, hospitality, industrial, commercial and urban revitalisation projects.

Her experience in architecture enables her to deliver practical and optimum design options that inform the most efficient built form solutions to assist in developing practical urban design considerations and optimize the benefits for clients, environment and the general public.

Francisca specialises in concept design, urban design study, master planning, built form analysis, feasibility study, place making, urban renewal, heritage interpretation strategies, design guidelines and design advisory for master planned communities.

Working within multi-disciplinary design teams, she has performed various capacities including being the design lead, managing projects and coordination with specialist consultants and the authorities, DA submissions, preparation of reports, graphic presentation and fostering good client relationship.
