Elissa is a highly accomplished property professional with 25 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Urbis, Elissa was a Research Director for a major listed real estate investment and development group, covering a global platform.
She provides strategic analysis grounded in a unique combination of consumer and economic research expertise, providing a comprehensive understanding of current and future development and investment opportunities. This is grounded by her involvement in real world projects, that have had a profound impact on the cities in which they are located.
Elissa’s experience has been primarily focused on retail and mixed-use precincts, providing strategic research informing property Development, Leasing, Marketing, Origination, Investment and Property Management decisions across the project lifecycle – from bid, through to development, management and divestment.
